You can pay on arrival by debit card, VISA/Mastercard or cash. Of course, it is also possible to pay in advance if you book via the website. Payment by iDeal is also possible.

This surcharge is paid by each hotel to the Zandvoort municipality to keep the village attractive for the future.

For direct bookings, the cost for breakfast is €15 per person, per breakfast. For bookings through an intermediary, it costs €20 per person, per breakfast.

We recommend checking whether the room has been booked with or without breakfast. Breakfast is not included in the price as standard. Add a delicious fresh breakfast for €15 per person per day, served between 07:30 and 10:00 at the breakfast buffet in our hospitality area. Breakfast must be booked at least one day in advance (until 17:00).

We serve an extensive breakfast buffet with different types of bread, cheese and cold cuts. We also have plenty for yoghurt lovers to choose from. Gluten-free bread is available on request. Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00.

Although we are fond of animals, we recognise that opinions vary, and as such, we regret to inform you that animals are not permitted within our hotel or apartments.

We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. You can smoke outside on your own balcony/terrace. Keep other guests in mind. (Soft) drug use is not allowed anywhere. If we find that there is smoking in the room, we are forced to charge €300 cleaning costs and you will have to leave the room.

If the fire alarm goes off due to smoking in the room, the call-out costs of the fire brigade of €800 will be charged to you. Smoking weed is not allowed on the entire grounds of Hotel Keur, not even on the balcony of your room/apartment or the terrace.

Beds are made on arrival. You will get 2 towels per person.

We unfortunately have no facilities for disabled people. We do have rooms and flats on the ground floor. However, there are height differences with some steps.

There is no elevator available, all our rooms and apartments are accessible only by stairs or a few steps.

Unfortunately, we do not have our own lockable bicycle storage. On our terrace, however, we do have a bicycle rack that our guests can use free of charge. Charging batteries can be done inside your apartment/hotel room, provided you only charge them when you are present due to fire hazard.

Every day, our housekeeping comes by to put the room back in order. Final cleaning costs are included at check-out.

Final cleaning is included in the price. For stays longer than 8 nights, an intermediate cleaning with a linen change is also included halfway through. If you would like extra cleaning, please let reception know so we can schedule it. The cost of an extra cleaning varies per flat.

Our check out time is from 07:30 to 11:00 at the latest. Unfortunately, late check out is not possible.

After checking out, you can leave your luggage with us free of charge. So you can enjoy Zandvoort to the full.

Early departures are possible, always contact the reception first on +31 (0)23 - 57 12 023. Our cancellation policy applies to this.

The final cleaning is included in the price. We would like to ask the following from our guests at check-out:

• Throw away leftover food, etc. Dispose of garbage bags and dirt in the waste containers
• Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
• Turn off the thermostat.
• Open 1 window per room (weather permitting)
